      This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) explains how Oliv Invest AB, (Håkantorp 316, 69692 ASKERSUND, organization number: 556421-7221) and Bestnet AS (Rae 4, 76805 PALDISKI, Estonia, organization number: 10261109) collect, transfer, store or otherwise process customers’ personal data.

      Based on this privacy policy, Oliv Invest AB (hereinafter referred to as Oliv) and Bestnet AS (hereinafter collectively referred to as we or the controllers) are data controllers.

      If you wish to use the services of Olive’s resellers, listed on the website: https://tiki.se/aterforsaljare, the reseller you contact will be the data controller, after your personal data has been transferred.

      The protection of personal data is important to us and we always comply with applicable national and EU regulations and keep this Policy up to date.

      This policy explains how we process your personal data and what rights you have.
